Cocktail attire. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with a tie and women wear cocktail gowns.

We love kiddos, but this is an adult only event. Thank you for respecting that on our big day.

We recommend staying onsite at The World Equestrian Center. There are two hotels to choose from at different price points, and we have room blocks for both. Please see the Travel tab for more info.

In order to take advantage of the discounted room rates, you must book Friday-Sunday.

The three closest airports to Ocala are: Gainesville Regional Airport (GNV), Orlando International Airport (MCO), and Tampa International Airport (TPA). The World Equestrian Center is a 45 minute to an hour and a half commute, depending upon where you land. GNV is the closest, Tampa and Orlando are a little further but around the same commute time. If you need to rent a car, Caitlin's brother works for Enterprise Rent A Car and can set up a reservation for you. Please contact him at 239 834 7927.

The world is your oyster! Sit back and enjoy a drink at the pool or venture off and explore the site grounds. World Equestrian Center has over 375+ acres to discover. You can shop, dine, treat yourself to the spa, the options are limitless. If you're wanting to see Ocala outside of WEC, we recommend renting a kayak or taking a glass-bottom boat tour at the Silver Springs State Park, visiting the historic Downtown Ocala square for dining and shopping, exploring the Appleton Museum of Art, or golfing the 18 hole championship course at the Ocala National Golf Club.

The ceremony at the Chapel and cocktail hour in the Paris Room will be indoors. Reception will be outdoors on the Stirrup's Terrace.

Yes, there are several parking locations available. However, we recommend those who do not stay on property to Uber. If you insist on driving, we recommend you valet at the Equestrian Hotel since that's the closest distance to the Chapel. There will also be shuttles to pick everybody up at both onsite hotels. They will arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to drive people to the Chapel.
